Although the UK Social Care sector is currently suffering from tens of thousands of unfilled care staff vacancies and high staff attrition rates, recent changes in UK Government policy means it is now impossible for us to continue our business model of supplying high quality, fully qualified overseas Social Care and Nursing staff via our partners in India.
 

We created Dynamis People Solutions to improve experiences for overseas workers and, raise the bar in supplying overseas recruitment solutions for reputable employers in the UK and, we'd only really just begun in achieving that.
