Our first client was a leading independent care home business  operating 8 care homes across south-west England. 

Having had a number of poor experiences recruiting overseas staff via various methods and suppliers,  they now  wanted to develop a new resourcing model. 

 

So, together with our partners we helped create and refine a new, bespoke training and recruitment model that has now successfully  placed  over 170  new high-quality care staff, out of a total of c.800 staff across their UK care homes. 

As a result, they’ve enjoyed reduced costs, improved retention rates and facilitated better care provision, as their Director of Workforce confirms...
