All Dynamis candidates have been selected for, then completed (and passed) our UK-led, specialist Social Care training program.  All are already healthcare qualified in India, with documented qualifications and referenced experience of at least:

BSc Nursing/GNM/ANM/NVQ 3 equivalent

IELTS Band 5+ language skills (UKVI, NARIC).

6 months-2 years+ prior work experience

 

Our unique personal development and skills training program is based on real-life 

care home experiences, best practices and industry knowledge. 

 

It equips, tests and assesses each candidate on the understanding, knowledge, technical care and handling skills, and the enhanced soft skills essential to deliver patient well-being, dignity, respect and inclusion.

Once that candidate has passed the course and achieved certification, we then present them for interview along with a comprehensive 'candidate pack' and introduction video.  We can then arrange one-to-one interviews and provide any further information, as required. 

 

Once you confirm any job offer in writing, we do the rest.  It really is that simple.
